It’s true that “smiles are contagious.” This wedding proved it to me. Joy exuded from the Dennis and Jenny in the most sincere form. Simply overcome with happiness, Jenny’s smile hardly left her face. Even getting a straight face for a couple photos was nearly impossible. Everyone who looked at the bride couldn’t help joining in delight! Dennis and Jenny have been together 15 years. This is amazing to me because it means that the joy they share is neither fleeting nor temporary. It comes from a deep love for one another that they will share for the rest of their lives. I left at the end of the night with aching cheeks from all the smiling, once again feeling exceedingly blessed that I get to call these days photographing happy couples my job.

Dennis & Jenny, my prayer for you is that your joy will only increase each day as your love grows deeper. Know that your light is infectious and is a blessing to everyone you encounter. Thank you for allowing me to join in your happiness and photograph your beautiful wedding day! As I go through your images, despite aching cheeks, my smile remains.
